Backorders
We strive to have
all items in stock. However, there may be times when an item you ordered
is on backorder. Most backordered items are expected in stock within 5
business days. If you have an item in your order that is on backorder we
will not ship the entire order until that item is available for
shipment.
Package Tracking
Numbers / Delivery Confirmation
Once your order
ships, we will send you a Shipment Notification via email. This notice
will include the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your
package and a link directing you to the carrier's website.

Territories, and Military/Diplomatic Addresses
Standard Shipping
is the only option for orders shipping to PO Boxes, US territories, and
military addresses.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the Shipping
company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or
call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged
package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5
days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping
company.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. International First Class Mail is not guaranteed or insured. Please use priority or express mail if you want tracking or shipment guarantee.
Duplicated Orders
Most of our orders are approved automatically by a set of
filters we have, to make that process faster for customers. Please make sure to
contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has
been duplicated. EnviroInks.com will not take responsibility for doubled
orders, although you will of course be allowed to return the duplicate
shipment.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could
have all fit into one box?
We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to
weight and size. In some occasions we shipped from another warehouse.
Why did they separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping
company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is
quite possible that the shipping company may separate the order for the same
order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the
same day.
My Package never arrived and it says that it has shipped
In some cases a package can be lost by the carrier and never
arrived to the customer. EnviroInks.com can either reship the package or
reimburse the customer for the money if the package is claimed before 30 days
after the date of purchase. The claims are applicable for packages with no
tracking number or packages delivered to wrong addresses. Please remember that
NO CLAIMS WILL BE TAKEN PAST THE 30 DAYS.
Name brand OEM (original) cartridges are covered by their
respective manufacturer's warranties. If you encounter problems or receive a
defective cartridge please contact the manufacturer for their return procedure.
We do not accept returns on OEM (Originals) products.
